Question – How many of the $10 JCPenney Points can I earn?

Answer – There is no limit to how many $10 JCPenney Rewards you may earn. When a Member reaches 200 reward points in their Program consideration, a $10 JCPenney Reward card (“Reward”), redeemable for eligible JCPenney purchases (certain exclusions and limits apply; see Prize for details), is automatically provided, and 200 points are subtracted from the Program account. The highest amount of points you can obtain in one buy is 2,000 (“Point Maximum”), regardless of the cost of the required purchase.

Question – When will my points expire?

Answer – Points do not expire for so long as your Programme account is “active.” “Active” indicates that you receive points for a qualified purchase no less than once every 12 months.

Question – How can I ensure that I receive messages from JCPenney Rewards?

Answer – If you’ve got an active email address on record with JCPenney Rewards, you should get an email from them within a week after earning points or earning a $10 Reward. Other emails will inform you of your present point total and amount of $10 Rewards vouchers. If you are not receiving these messages, please ensure that you have entered the right email address on your “Profile Settings” at www.jcp.com/rewards.

Question – When do my benefits expire?

Answer – Rewards will expire after an initial period of 45 days. Rewards must be utilized by 11:59 p.m. Cst (Central Time) for the expiration date shown on each Reward, or they will be considered forfeited. Each reward has an expiration date. Don’t let them go to waste!

Question – How can I participate in a JCPenney survey?

Answer – Customers must input the 22-digit study code from their purchase confirmation at jcpenney.com/survey. Participants in the poll will have an opportunity to win JCPenney coupons.

Question – Where can I get the 22-digit JCPenney poll access code?

Answer – Your 22-digit password is the survey code on your receipt that allows you to access the question at Jcpenney.com/survey.

Question – Do I have to pay to do the Jcpenney.com Survey?

Answer – Yes, in order to take part in the survey, you must make a purchase or donate at the shop.

Question – Can I enter numerous times with the identical JCPenney survey code?

Answer – No, a survey code is only good once.

Question – Can I engage in the JCP survey beyond 7 days?

Answer – No, you may engage in the JCP questionnaire within 7 days after making the purchase. All receipts are not valid for the survey after 7 Days.
